Beyond Inclusion Scholarships aims to remove financial barriers for aspiring XR professionals and enable a minimum of 200 applicants every year to join the XR industry workforce. This collaborative effort, previously with XRSI - XR Safety Initiative & Meta, and now with Unity and Jobs for the Future (JFF), will create a beginner and experienced-level talent pipeline, allowing employers to select from a diverse pool of talented XR professionals.
