XR Bootcamp Course Refund or Deferral Policies

We’re sorry to hear that you’d like to withdraw from one of our VR/AR courses. We understand that sometimes, unexpected circumstances happen and that you may need to defer, or even cancel your course subscription.

Refund Conditions:
We offer a 2 weeks satisfaction guarantee. If you decide you don’t want to continue the course 2 weeks after the official course start date, we will refund your course fees 100% (minus the non-refundable 10% administration fee). This guarantee doesn't apply to programs shorter/equal to 8 weeks.

If you decide to withdraw from the course after the 2nd week of class, you are not eligible for a refund.

Eligible Refunds are paid out within 30 days of receiving the refund request.

Deferral Conditions

If you wish to continue your course at another cohort date, a 10% administrative fee is charged. You can, at any point, decide to continue at another cohort date.

If you defer your course subscription to another cohort date, you lose all rights to a refund. If the course gets discontinued, we will accommodate you by admitting you to a similar course.
